Heartland Idol Tryouts @ River Radio Studios Sikeston
Heartland Idol is back! Join 93.9 Mike FM on the quest to be named this year’s Heartland Idol and win $1,000 CASH! Your last chance to tryout will be on July 23rd at the River Radio Studios in the Sikeston Outlet Stores in Sikeston. Tryout times are 10a to 1p each day and you only have to try out once.
How do tryouts work? Show up at one of the tryout location listed above. You’ll then sing 60 seconds of any song acapella for the judges. From our two total tryout sessions, the judges will narrow down the field and determine who will move on to the preliminary rounds. Our finalists will be selected from each preliminary event and will get to sing on the main stage at the SEMO District Fair for a chance to win $1,000.
We’ll see you July 16th or July 23rd as we start our journey to crown the 2022 Heartland Idol with 93.9 Mike FM!
Contestants must be available for ALL preliminary dates to remain eligible for the finals. Any contestant unable to attend their assigned preliminary will be disqualified. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the contest’s auditions. Dates are as follows:
August 4, 2022 – Pulaski County Fair – 7p
September 3, 2022 – Benton Neighbor Days – 7p
SEMO District Fair (Entertainment Tent) – September 10, 2022 – 7p
[Finals] SEMO District Fair (Grandstands) – September 12, 2022 – 7p
