Congratulations to our first three finalists moving on in their quest to be crowned this year’s Heartland Idol presented by Ritter Communications! Cece Rodgers, Terra Chantle and Joe Wilcox won over the judges and the crowd at the Pulaski County Fair and will be on the main stage at the SEMO District Fair singing for a chance to win $1,000!
